How to get coefficient values(such as %)of gaussian fit?

Dear all,I have used the curve fitting app to fit my plots to Gaussian distribution. And I want to have the accuracy of this fitting. Which function can do such job? For example, the percentage of how good the gaussian distribution matches the orignal plots. Thanks Evie
