Hi, i have two USRP2 connected to 2 PC's, one as transmitter and one as receiver. I did two different modulation schemes and i would like to know how to calculate the bit rate of my transmissions.
Amplitude-shift keying:
simulation time: Inf
I am using the "From Multimedia File" Block to send a 48 kHz, 16 bit voice recording in a .wav file, 1024 samples per audio channel. After adding DC carrier it is upconverted from 48 kHz to 240 kHz and goes into the "SDRu Transmitter" Block with 5120 samples per frame.
SDRu Receiver: Master clock rate: 100e6, Decimation: 512, sample time: 0,00000512, samples per frame: 4000, simulation time: Inf
After demodulation the received signal it is send with 800 frames per second to the audio speaker device.
Minimum Shift Keying:
Modulation time: Inf
Bernoulli Binary Source: sample time: 0,00000512, samples per frame: 1000
MSK Modulator: Samples per symbol 2
SDRu Transmitter: Master clock rate: 100e6, Interpolation: 512
SDRu Receiver: Master clock rate: 100e6, Decimation: 512, sample time: 0,00000512, samples per frame: 4000
After timing recovery and carrier synchronization the signal is demodulated and the output goes with 1000 samples per frame to the workspace.
Can i calculate the bit rates from these parameters ? If yes how ? Do i need something else ?
