Error downloading because of .enc file

Hello, I've been trying to download Matlab r2018a to no avail, it shows an error with an .enc file (\common\matlab_toolbox_codetools_common_1519413014.enc) saying the system can't find the document. I suspended Kaspersky but it will still give me this error. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.
