Could I generate two asynchronous analog output from the same NI device?

I have a NI PCI-6071E which has two AOs. I would like to let one AOs to generate continuous output from the beginning and the other to generate multiple short epochs of output, with the starting time determined by the input form other devices. Is it possible to do this with the data acquisition toolbox, and how if it is possible? Thanks.
