How do I manipulate the coefficients of a loglog plot?

For a school assignment I've been asked to use a loglog plot with hold on. I did so, and the graph looks great.

Now I'm supposed to mess around with the coefficients of the loglog until the line fits the data as close as possible but always above the data points.

I can't find where I should be doing this.
