How can I reactivate MATLAB on an offline machine after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10?

I have an offline MATLAB installation on a Windows 7 machine. The machine will be wiped and upgraded to Windows 10. Can I use the existing license file after the Windows 10 upgrade? The hard drive serial # and Ethernet MAC addresses will be the same.

I expect that the old license file will work without modifications. But you could de-activate the license and re-activate it on your account page on the MathWorks server. See the tab "Install and activate", where you can "Deactivate" and "Get License File". Look at the HostID found there: If it will be the same for the reactivated computer, the license file should be identical also.
Because you can do this with an offline computer also (e.g. after a complete crash), you can do this after the Windows upgrade, if unexpected problems occur.
And if you want to be 100% sure, ask MathWorks by using the "Contact Us" link on this page. This belongs to the "installation support" as far as I can see.
