How to simulate a DVB-T singal and also how to do Constellation of that signal in Matlab?

I'm having a DVB-T signal data in .mat file form which contain complex data, fs, fc, f1, f2. I want to simulate this file in matlab and also want to perform constellation on generated DVB-T signal. How to do this?
