can i run matlab on the Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Processor ( 1.44GHz 1600MHz 2MB ) with 4 GB RAM .

i have low budget and at now i just want to learn java,MATLAB etc. since i think a qurad core processor with even 1.44 GHz base clock with 4GBram can do it. i think to buy either Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Processor ( 1.44GHz 1600MHz 2MB ) price Rs 25000/- or HP which is about Rs 40,000/- i3 2.7 Ghz but it is costly . I did M.tech. and at now i searching for job in IT industry or looking for Phd.
