I am doing an offline installation for MATLAB for a standalone license. However, during the installation I am being prompted to provide a license file. When I do provide my license file, I receive the following prompt:
A host ID could not be found in your license file. After installation, you will have to manually edit the SERVER line in your license file.

Please make sure that the File Installation Key you are using is from the standalone license. If you are using a File Installation Key from a network license, you will see an option to install a network license manager as well as be prompted to provide a license file during installation.
Refer to the following if necessary:
Where can I find the Activation Key or File Installation Key (FIK) for my license?
