How do I remove my association with a certain licence?

I have associated with a licence (using the licence Center). Now I want to undo this.

Another way to remove license association is through license center app- you can contact license admin via email mentioned under 'Contact Administrator' tab.

To view license admin details, log in to MW account page- https://www.mathworks.com/mwaccount/ page and select appropriate license.
