How can I improve the lego mindstorm ev3 gyro sensor accuracy with simulink?

I'm trying to build a pendolum using Simulink but the problem is that the gyro is not precise enough so if I move fast the pendolum moves to a wrong position. To find the position I use the gyro sensor block followed by an Integrator. Thanks for your suggestions.
