IMPLEMENTING HIGH FREQUENCY TRANSFORMERS IN MATLAB

15 views (last 30 days)
Hi,
I am working on a Bi-directional DC-DC converter that is operating at a frequency of 10 kHz. I have to use a High frequency transformer, which I believe can be implemented by using a ferrite core (in hardware).
How will I implement a high frequency transformer in MATLAB? If I use the same transformer block, how will I choose the L & R values, when I change the frequency to 10kHz?
Please help me with this! I am stuck in the middle of this, for a while now.

Hi Sir,
Hope you are well, I know you have asked this question a while ago but I am stuck on the same question and wondering if you manage to design the high-frequency parameters?
Thanks in advance!

Design a High Frequency transformer using GWO Algorithm. Please share me these project related code.

Simscape Electrical provides many blocks that can be used to implement the transformer in a DC-DC converter. See for example:
There is also a block implementing a Bidirectional DC-DC Converter with both isolated and nonisolated option:
