In microsoft, I can download:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
but not Microsoft Visual C++ 2003 Redistributable Package (x86) !!! why ??? I dont understand !!!

Why do you specifically need the 2003 version? I expect it is retired because of it's age. You can try downloading it via a torrent. (this is one of the occasions where it is legal to use torrents in most countries, but you should check your local legislature first)

Microsoft Visual C/C++ .NET 2003 Compiler as Microsoft Visual C/C++ 7.1.
Only the Professional Edition of the Microsoft Visual C/C++ Compiler (Version 6.0 or 7.1) is officially tested and supported by the MathWorks products.
