‘I'm working on a PCG signal I want to calculate and plot the heart rate variability HRV any help please ?’
Not possible from a phonocardiogram.
‘Is it possible to Work with the same method used with hrv of ECG’
That is the only possible way to do it, since HRV requires a normal QRS complex preceded by a normal P-wave to identify a ventricular depolarization. It is only possible to estimate HRV from the EKG.
