I need to solve this equation for M. A is an 9 coloumn data (known) and A* is a single constant number. How can i solve this equation for M (coresponds to A values)? Additionally I know that all Ms are between 0 and 2 for sure .

What does A.M mean? If A is a column vector, what kind of equation is this? It looks like M is a scalar based on the rhs. Can you clarify this?
