How do we find the similarity index using SSIM for two images of different size?

I want to find the Structural similarity index of two images which are not of the same size.
eg. Below are two images, an original image and a re-targeted image. I would like to find the structural similarity index(SSIM) between these two images.Can somebody help? Please.
