Does Sisotool use derivative filter by default?

Hi: I used sisotool to create a PID Compensator for a system. I realized the compesator by using an integrator and two real zeros, so I had a PID without derivative filter. Then I copied the same system in Simulink, and I realized manually the PID compensator ( summing the proportional, integrative and derivative command) using the gains obtained in Sisotool, showed in Edit compensator (showed as transfer function). However the result to step command was different from the one showed in sisotool. Then I realized another model, using the PID block of Simulink, with the same gains of sisotool, and leaving the filter coefficient N to 100 (by default). For this model, the result to step was the same showed in sisotool. So I thought: does sisotool use derivative filter and it doesn't show it in edit compensator ?
