Select the release to download for (you will not be able to load any release newer than what you have paid for.)
For the more recent releases: Choose the operating system to run the installer for. When the installer is downloaded to your system, run the installer. Tell it your Mathworks userID and password. Select the license number to install for. (If it asks you whether you want to check for updated products, click on Yes.)
To install just the Sim* related products: Click for Custom installation. You will be given a list of all of the products and toolboxes you have purchased for your license. Select all of the Simulink related entries that you want to install, and click through to install them. If it asks you about overwriting products you already have installed, click No To All (unless you want to reinstall them.)
To install all products you are authorized for: Click to install (not 'custom'). Click to okay installing all of the products. If it asks you about overwriting products you already have installed, click No To All (unless you want to reinstall them.)
Each Sim* product is licensed separately; you will only be able to download and install the ones you have paid for.
If you wish to test additional Sim* products, you might qualify for a Trial. For that, visit https://www.mathworks.com/store and near the bottom, click on Request a Product Trial, and go through the form there.
