Digital Image Correlation in stereo vision

im working on an experiment for which I need to obtain the coordinates of some black points moving. I acquire images from two cameras with the purpose to obtain the position in 3D of each point in each frame. I wrote the first part of the code, and I'm able to obtain the x,y,z coordinates of points in each frame, but I'm not able to correlate each point among all frames. That means that I have the coordinates of points in each frame but I do not know for example if point 1 in frame 1 correspond to point 1 in frame 2. How could I do it? Thanks
