I have downloaded a matlab version on my phone (android) r2012a but I don't have an activation key or a license for it

MATLAB cannot execute on Android phones.

There is a app for Android called MATLAB Mobile, but it is an interface for remotely accessing MATLAB, not MATLAB itself.

You will need to purchase a license or obtain a trial.
