I'm currently using Matlab 2016 and it seems like there is no way to export figures in the sisotool unlike the previous version. Is there way to copy figures in Sisotool?

Unfortunately, I have not found a way to print/copy figures directly from Sisotool.
PrintScreen (or similar methods) is how I get the graphs into image format.

These days, if you hover inside the axes near the top of the plot, several ghostly tool icons will appear. Left-click the leftmost of those icons, and select the icon that looks like a floppy disk. That will get you a file save dialog to save the plot as an image.
