How can I calculate the maximum voltage Vmp from this equation !!

Hi,
I have this equation:
1+[(q/n*k*T)*Vmp]- [(q/n*k*T)(Vs*It/n*Vmp)]*Rs = exp [(q/n*k*T)(Voc-Vmp-(Vs*It/n*Vmp)*Rs)].
I must calculate the maximum voltage Vmp, how i can calculate it. Thank u.
