None of the NI USRP are supported by the USRP Support Package, even up to R2016a. Only some of the Ettus boards are supported.
It might maybe be possible to connect to an NI USRP using the Instrument Control Toolbox. No promises in the slightest -- but if any of the toolboxes can deal with it, it would be Instrument Control.
