How to: Gap free recording - Axon Binary File - Burst Analysis

Hello all,
First, I would like to mention that I have absolutely no experience with Matlab other than very very basic info on how to load an ABF file, how to run a script (written by someone else) and how to plot.
I am writing to request information / scripts for doing burst analysis of a gap free recording (ABF file format). For example, I have a 10 min recording of a neuron, made in gap free mode. This neuron exhibits bursts (baseline membrane potential depolarization with spikes)..
I need to calculate the following parameters: - Burst duration (a burst is any baseline deflection, in the positive direction, that is more than 5-10 mV and ends when the positive deflection comes back to baseline (or crosses back the 5-10 mV threshold used for detecting it initially)) - # of Spikes on top of the burst - Frequency of the spikes - Inter spike interval - Threshold of the spikes - Inter 'burst' interval (time between two bursts)
I have checked around on Matlab central and indeed found few other older posts / discussion on similar analysis methods.. but I'd like to have a script that would do everything I need (as mentioned above).
I also understand its probably not easy and I am posting my request here only with a hope of seeing if any other neuroscientists here, would be having a script with them, and who would be willing to share it with me.
Thanks a lot and Best Wishes, Sudhir
