Dear all, I am trying to interface a camera using a NI framegrabber (NI PCIe1430) with Matlab2016a. When I first launched the code to acquire images from the following site: http://ch.mathworks.com/help/imaq/examples/synchronizing-a-national-instruments-frame-grabber-and-data-acquisition-card.html it told me I needed to install the support package for ni. So I did, and it would still not work, it always gave me following error:
Invalid ADAPTORNAME specified. Type 'imaqhwinfo' for a list of available ADAPTORNAMEs. Image acquisition adaptors may be available as downloadable support packages. Open Support Package Installer to install additional vendors.
After installing almost 10 times, I realised that by going on ''reinstall'' in the support package menu, I could get 'ni' appearing in the installed adaptors (imaqhwinfo). But when launching the code, ni would give me an error that the camera is not recognized. I then rebooted the computer, and the 'ni' field in imaqhwinfo dissappeared... Is anybody familiar with this error? Thank you for your help, Cheers, Paul
