MEX error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol , while using windows dll file

Hello,

I am writing an S-Function using C++ to the dll and to perform Intialization. I am getting linker error as mentioned in th subject.

The defintion is there header file. Am calling that function in my s-function

any suggestions to resolve the error
