Adjusting the attitude of a satellite to align with the Ecliptic south pole

I have a satellite that is 3-axis stabilized and has its Z axis pointing toward the center of the earth. I am interested in adjusting the attitude so that the Z axis points along the Ecliptic South Pole. I need to do this in two rotations. I think that I need to use DCMs to do this. Also I am unsure if I can use the state vector in ECI to use as the initial vector. Also how do I go about setting up where the ecliptic south pole vector is. Please let me know if anyone has any insight about this. It would greatly help me out and I would love to start a dialogue to give more details.
