How do I make a little cart (prismatic joint) move from point A to point B in simmechanics second generation

Hello, I am trying to move a cart I imported from solidworks from one point to another in simmechanics second generation , so I have to have a certain initial position and another specific final position that the cart needs to travel. I have already set it up to have a prismatic joint, allowed the actuations to have position as an input but I can´t find the block in the simulink library to help me with the problem. I dont want the cart to move let´s say in a sine wave, which is forward and backwards but just from 0 to 5 and stay in 5. If you are able to help me I will extremely appreciate it.

Your input should be a Ramp block followed by a saturation block to limit the output to 5.
