Microsoft Toolbar MATLAB ".ink" icon missing (now blank page icon) - how to restore matlab toolbar icon?

Pretty simple, the icon that appears on the microsoft toolbar when matlab is open is now just a blank/missing page icon, no longer the matlab icon. Is there just a ".ink" file missing somewhere?
