Clarification needed on the modulation scheme used (GFSK) in Bluetooth

Dear all,
For a project I am working on I am trying to follow the modulation scheme used in Bluetooth and in the Bluetooth Frequency Hopping model in Simulink. A buffer was used to create a frame of 625 bits in order to transmit at a transmission rate of 1Mbps (Bluetooth). However I am not completely certain of how we transmit all these bits using a 2-FSK. If I understand it correct, 79 subcarriers around the carrier frequency were created and multiplied with the GFSK modulated signal (100 samples per symbol making it 62500 samples). Not entirely sure about that either. After the modulation we have a frame of 62500 bits transmitted.
Could someone help me out on this?
Thanks in advance.
Best, Jonathan
