I am trying to solve Erlang B formula and want to know a numerical method to calculate it? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Given the value of blocking probability and the number of channels, I am interested in solving the Erlang B formula to find the traffic intensity. I want to learn a iterative method to calculate this result.
