Help to calculate corrcoef

I have noised signal:
f=1000; U=1; fi=45; t=1:0.2:73; Un=rand; U1=U*sin(2*pi*f*t)+Un;
and I need to Calculate the correlation coefficient and its dependence on the delay is (fi 0...360) (using command corrcoef) pls help :)
