MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware- cannot install as add-on

I am unable to install either the matlab support package or the Arduino package both for Arduino
error message 'Failed to install the third-party software: Arduino software
This is required by: MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware'

Pls disregard this. Norton 360 was my issue - disabling a setting for scanning compressed files cured it and allowed me to install Matlab & Simulink support packages for ~Arduino
