Can't access Matlab onramp

I can't access the matlab onramp training course. When I go to this link, https://matlabacademy.mathworks.com/online-training-subscription?s_tid=ots_ln_ots I am stuck on a perpetual loading screen, and this happens whether I use google chrome or microsoft edge browsers. I have a license from my university and I can access the Matlab grader and Matlab itself just fine.

Tried all 3 and it was still stuck on a loading screen... any other ideas?
