Our organisation is moving to Windows11. Does Matlab R2018a_win64 work on Windows11 or do we need a newer version of Matlab? Do we need to buy this newer version? What would it cost?

You and your organization have my sympathies! I intend to switch from Win 11 to Ubuntu.

Yes, I have used R2018a on Windows 11 without any issues.
