How to troubleshoot the issue :"slot mate is not supported,'' and the constraint has been exported as an ''unknown constraint'' ?

I have imported an assembly from solidworks into sim mechanics so I can create a controller for the assembly. The problem is simulink doesn't seem to recognize the "Slot Mate" from Solidworks.
