Help, my plots are wider than the window. How can I shrink the plots?

The default axes should fit the plot but you can use
xlim([x1,x2]);
ylim([y1,y2]);

John - you have two options both of which will require you to modify the GUI through GUIDE (where this was created). Open the figure in GUIDE by typing the following in the Command Window (assumes that you have changed directory to where the GUI figure and m-file are or they are within the MATLAB search path)
guide LTE_GUI_show_aggregate_results.fig
Now you can either resize all controls so that the updated GUI fits within your screen, or (and this is the easier/better option), from the menu choose Tools->GUI Options and select Proportional as the Resize behaviour. Press OK and save the changes and then run your GUI. You will now be able to resize it for your monitor.
