Defining a time-dependent boundary feature

Hi All
I have time-dependent temperature values that I obtained with Simulink Math works. I want to use these values as boundary temperature data in the thermal analysis I perform on the matlab script screen.. Is it possible. If possible, can you help me on how to do it?
