Error in setup preprocessing using CONN.

I am trying to run analysis on resting state data using CONN, I have run it multiple times using the same subjects successfully before, but now I keep getting an error when I try to start a new project, during the Set Up tab, preprocessing.

"Error using conn_process, No suprathreshold voxels in ROI file..........wc397highres.nii after erosion (original file contained 4009 suprathreshold voxels).

Error in conn_process (line 55), case 'setup', conn_disp (['CONN: RUNNING SETUP STEP']); conn_process ([0:4,4.5,5]);

It doesn't seem to preprocess the last same last subject every time. I would really appreciate if anyone has any idea what this error is from as I have used this same subject's data before.
