Fatal Error when visualising Aircraft Simulation with Cesium Unreal Engine

8 views (last 30 days)
I have followed this tutorial: https://www.mathworks.com/help/aeroblks/visualize-with-cesium.html#mw_17e453e6-d733-4591-84c1-424bb63150ee to try and visualise a simulation of an aircraft I have built. I downloaded and installed the Unreal Engine 5.3.1, created the Cesium Ion token, installed the Cesium plugin and enabled for Unreal Engine, however when I try to run the simulation on Simulink, before the window completes loading, it shows the following pop up saying Fatal Error and crashes.

Hi George,
Referring to the link that you included above, the Note near the top on that page might be the solution to this issue:
  • To visualize with Cesium, you must start MATLAB® as administrator.
  • The folder installed with your product must be writeable. matlabroot\toolbox\shared\sim3d_projects\automotive_project\UE4\WindowsNoEditor\Engine
Please try launching MATLAB in administrator mode to see if this fixes your issue.
