how to install deep learning toolbox in MATLAB R2018b?

I want to use biLSTM and other tools of deep learning in MATLAB R2018b, is there any way without using new version of MATLAB to get the specific toolbox as the newer version is taking more time than expected for my system.

Toolboxes created by Mathworks are version specific. You can install the R2018b version of the Deep Learning Toolbox using the Add-Ons Explorer.
The bilstmLayer function was introduced in R2018a, and had some updates made to in in R2019a (see here).

Input data successfully read.
Time Series data divided to 80% Train data and 20% Test data
Time Series data prepared as suitable LSTM Input data.
LSTM architect successfully created.
Error on Training LSTM Network
Reference to non-existent field 'BiLSTM'.
Error in TimeSeriesPrediction>EvaluationData (line 477)
data.BiLSTM.TrainOutputs = deNorm(data.seriesdata,predict(data.BiLSTM.Net,data.XTr,'MiniBatchSize',opt.miniBatchSize),opt.dataPreprocessMode);
Error in TimeSeriesPrediction (line 50)
[opt,data] = EvaluationData(opt,data);
I am getting this error when I am running code, and when I am looking for app deep learning , the status of app is installed.
