Emulate the fullstate feedback gains using ZOH ?

I had created a fullstate feedback controller for a plant model with integral action for the reference tracking and simulated it in the simulink based on the block diagram as attached below. Now i want to emulate the continous full state feedback controller using ZOH to a discrete time, so how do i connect the ZOH and the ideal sampler in the simulink. Could any one provide me a block diagram ?
