How can I model a Double-Acting Hydraulic Cylinder with simscape and adams?

8 views (last 30 days)
I‘m going to model a Front-Loader Model through adams and simulink co-simulation. I have established a Front-Loader model in Adams.I want to model the haydralic cylinder in simscape so that it can control the boom and bucket piston in admas model. I found that the Double-Acting Hydraulic Cylinder in simscape can set the piston positon by receiving the physical signal input. So I set Force of cylinder as input of Adams Plant and piston position and velocity as the output. Between the hydraulic system and the mechanical system, there is a Converter composed of ideal Force Sensor and ideal Translational Velocity Source. This scheme causes the piston in Adams to fly off the hydraulic cylinder like a bullet.I don 't know why this scheme doesn't work.

How did you connect velocity variable value from Adams to matlab and the force from hydraulic circuit to adams input, mean the simulink blocks used?
Hoping for response from you.
