Please try activating MATLAB with a computer user that has sufficient privileges to read, write, and access files in MATLAB's installation directory. If you don't have these permissions, reach out to somebody who does or manually generate your license file from the License Center and then place the newly made license file in one of MATLAB's licenses folders.
