How to make receiver (pcm decoding) with this tools

I try it but it say error. How I can make the receiver pcm decoding with this tools in Matlab simulink or have else tools I have to use

Please refer to the attached image. It demonstrates a Simulink model implementation of PCM modulator and PCM demodulator.
