Can someone please help me in plotting a ellipse with a function
x^ 2 + 9y ^2 = 9

Ran in:
a = randi([1 5])
a = 5
b = randi([1 5])
b = 1
c = randi([3 10])
c = 3
syms x y
fimplicit( a*x^2 + b*y^2 == c ); axis equal
