Select certain patches from an imagge

I have divided this image

into small polygons(superpixels) using SLICO tool which performs SLIC superpixel segmentation. Now i want to separately have all those polygons which lie in the black region of the image. Can anyone provide me with a code for that?

I assume you have all the vertices since you drew the outlines. So why can't you just use poly2mask()?

I do not have the vertices. This is just the output generated by SLICO tool which takes an image and generates these patches according to the contour of the image. I donot know how to separate these patches. I need these individual patches and their positions on the image later on in my work.

I don't have that tool. Just exactly what does it expect people to do with this image after it generates it??? I would imagine that it must give some kind of output other than this image. I'd look into it some more. Worst case, you can perhaps dive into the code and find out where the vertices are computer internally and change the program to return them.
