How to calculate the curvatue of the surface?

Hi,

I want to calculate the mean curvatue and gaussian curvatue of the bending/crumpled surface at each point on the surface and wnat to extract the curvature values in matrix form. Which is the best approach? I would be thankful if anyone could help.

I have three matrices for X, Y and Z coordinates of the surface; attached here as X.mat, Y.mat and Z.mat.
