Editor Line Numbers Partially Obscured + Font Size Too Small

4 views (last 30 days)
The line numbers on the side of my editor window only show the last digit of each number (or the last 2 when in full screen). The font also appears smaller than it should be - it's set to be the same size as in the commmand window in preferences>fonts>desktop code, but the editor text appears smaller. Plus, the Find search bar doesn't show its buttons.
This problem appeared when I autoindented my code (Command+i on Mac), so I think I might have accidentally pressed some other shortcut. How do I get my editor to look normal again?
Here's a screenshot (of a blank function) when I scroll down to the 100s, featuring the weird looking search bar.

Never used a Mac so no specific knowledge there -- I'd suggest looking at all preferences set in the Editor under the preferences and see if anything there looks different. Probably won't make any difference, but can't hurt. I don't recall if there's a "Restore Factory Default" check box there or not.
There's also a hidden file that has the previous conditions for restart somewhere...I don't recall just where that is...if no joy in any of the other suggestions and nobody comes up with a working solution, call support for guidance one killing that -- I had to do that once some time ago -- unfortutunately, I don't recall the magic.

Fixed it! It was a problem with the zoom. I had "Enable zooming with Cmd+Scroll" ticked. Cmd+Scroll zooms differently than pinching the trackpad, which is what I usually do (and a solution that hadn't worked).
I "Reset Zoom" in the View tab and restarted MATLAB, and it was back to normal. Thanks for the help!
