Looking for information on Mathwork end of life policy/criteria. When does a version of the software go end of support/end of life.

How do you define "life"? I run Matlab 6.5 successfully in a virtual machine under WindowsXP.
MathWorks has published the last R2016b Update 7 on 13 Dec 2018. You can assume, that further updates will not be published.
